Routeware is pleased to announce that Hounslow Council has recently launched their Waste Wizard.
Developed by Routeware, the Waste Wizard has been designed to be easy to use. Anyone using the Waste Wizard just has to enter the name of the item they want to dispose of, mattress, batteries, paint for example and Waste Wizard will give the answer.
The tool contains detailed information on hundreds of items with predictive search and synonym detection, which makes it faster and easier for residents to find the right information.
It will also make it quicker and easier for the Council’s Waste and Recycling Team to maintain up-to-date information on how best to reuse and recycle items. Waste Wizard will provide detailed data to help increase the effectiveness of recycling education and communications.
