Upon joining ReCollect, all of our employees are equipped to seamlessly connect with our colleagues and our customers in a secure and productive environment, while working remotely all the time. We feel confident in our continued ability to serve your business given the COVID-19 progression.
Availability of our Platform
Our technical platform is fully automated. Each day, we serve millions of residents through reminders, searches and other interactions. Failures at the software and hardware level have automation for recovery, and a 24/7 team of operations engineers as well.
